ALL FIREARMS WILL BE PICKED UP OR SHIPPED FROM ODINBORN PRECISION FIREARMS IN MILES CITY, MONTANA 406-233-9944. Firearms will have a $40 transfer fee that will be paid to Odinborn Precision Firearms. Odinborn will help determine shipping costs.
PICKUP STARTS FRIDAY DECEMBER 19. ALL GUNS MUST BE PICKED UP BY JANUARY 9 2026.
BUYER’S PREMIUM
A ten percent (10%) buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid price to determine the final purchase price for each lot. Example: $100 bid + $10 buyer’s premium = $110 total due.
PAYMENT TERMS
All purchases must be paid in with debit/credit cards unless prior arrangements have been made with a Crisafulli Bros representative. Winning bidders’ cards will be automatically charged 12 hours after auction close.
CARD CONVENIENCE FEE
All credit card transactions will have an attached 3% convenience fee.
AUCTION CLOSING PROCEDURE
This auction utilizes a soft close format. Approximately seven (7) items will close per minute. Should any item receive a bid within the final two (2) minutes of its scheduled closing, the bidding period for that item will automatically extend for an additional two (2) minutes. Bidding extensions will continue until no further bids are received. All items begin closing at 7:00 PM Mountain Time.
RESERVES
Unless specifically stated in the description, all lots will sell to the highest bidder without reserve.
LOADING, PACKAGING, AND SHIPPING
Crisafulli Bros. LLC and its representatives will not provide loading, packaging, or shipping assistance. Buyers are solely responsible for arranging the removal and transportation of purchased items. Buyers must bring sufficient manpower and equipment for loading. Crisafulli Bros. LLC will not load items under any circumstances.
NO BUYBACKS
Consignors and sellers are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items. Crisafulli Bros. LLC may, under certain circumstances, bid on behalf of the seller, lienholder, or a pre-approved absentee bidder.
ALL SALES FINAL
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks will be permitted for any reason.
PERSONAL GUARANTY
By placing a bid in the name of a business or corporate entity, the individual submitting the bid personally guarantees full payment of all amounts due to Crisafulli Bros. LLC, together with all costs of collection, including attorney’s fees.
DEFAULT, INTEREST, AND COLLECTION COSTS
If a buyer fails to make payment as required, interest shall accrue on the unpaid balance at three percent (3%) per month. The buyer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and collection expenses incurred by Crisafulli Bros. LLC in recovering any outstanding balance. All disputes or collection matters shall be resolved in Dawson County, Montana.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In the event Crisafulli Bros. LLC is unable, for any reason, to deliver any purchased item or documentation associated with a purchase, the company’s sole liability shall be limited to the refund of amounts paid for that item, upon its return by the purchaser.
BIDDER ELIGIBILITY
All bidders must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
TECHNICAL ISSUES AND SOFTWARE LIMITATIONS
In the event of technical difficulties, including issues with servers, software, or internet connectivity, Crisafulli Bros. LLC reserves the right to extend, suspend, or close bidding as deemed appropriate. Neither Crisafulli Bros. LLC nor the online auction software provider shall be held responsible for missed bids, interruptions, or technical malfunctions of any kind. Crisafulli Bros. LLC will communicate relevant updates to registered bidders via email as necessary.
DISCLAIMER AND WARRANTIES
All property is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS,” with all faults and defects. Crisafulli Bros. LLC and the seller make no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Descriptions and statements provided by Crisafulli Bros. LLC staff are made in good faith and believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to inspect and determine the condition, value, and suitability of items prior to bidding.
BIDDER INFORMATION AND SECURITY
All registration information provided by the bidder must be accurate and complete. Bidders are responsible for all bids placed under their account credentials. If a bidder believes their account information or password has been compromised, they must immediately notify Crisafulli Bros. LLC.
